Hallo =)
ich plane gerade eine Weltreise und habe ein Problem mit dem Visum für China. Das kann man ja nur drei Monate im Vorraus beantragen, ich bin aber, bevor ich nach China einreise, schon mehr als drei Monate unterwegs. Kann man ein Visum einfach aus dem Ausland (bsp. Lima)  beantragen oder ist das problematisch?

Hallo,

von wo aus planst Du es denn zu beantragen? Von der Mongolei aus z.B. war das Visum für China problemlos zu beantragen. + günstiger als direkt von Deutschland aus.

Geht das von da aus leichter weil Honkong einen Sonderstatus hat? Gilt das dann eventuell auch für Shanghai?
Ich wollte eh nur nach Shanghai, vielleicht ist das ja dort auch einfacher ein Visum zu bekommen.
Weil über Honkong fliegen ist nochmal n ganzschöner Aufwand :/

Shanghai ist ja bereits Mainland China, dort kommst Du ohne Visum gar nicht hin (ausser in Transit für 72h). Hong Kong ist eine Sonderverwaltungszone von China und hat eigene Gesetze und Einreisebestimmungen, so gesehen ist Hong Kong (und auch Macau) eben nicht China.

Wieso willst Du denn nur nach Shanghai? Hong Kong finde ich persönlic viel spannender als Shanghai und man braucht eben kein Visum. Ausserdem ist Hong Kong flugtechnisch einfacher und wohl auch billiger zu erreichen.

Des Menschen Wille ist sein Himmelreich, aber ich muss sagen, dass Stecki absolut Recht hat.

Wenn Du natürlich nur Shanghai sehen willst, würde ich das mit einem Transitvisum machen. In 2 Tagen hast Du sowieso alles wichtige gesehen. (Das schaffst Du in Hong Kong auch in 2 Wochen nicht.) Du musst Dich aber noch mal nach den genauen Bedingungen erkundigen. Soweit ich weiß, muss man beide Flüge (rein und raus) auf demselben Ticket haben.

Hallo Curly Salad,

Bin gerade in Lima, hatte auch diese super dolle Idee von Lima aus. Komme gerade von der Chinesischen Botschaft, hatte alles ausgefuellt etc. Dame im frontoffice hat sich meine Unterlagen angesehen dann gefragt ob ich wohnsitz in Peru hab. Hab hostel adresse eingegeben. Ich brauche einen Wohnsitz in Peru um ein Visa zu beantragen. Toll da man fuer die Reise nach China im Antrag schon alles eingeben musst, anreise datum, hostel (gut das ich die Route un hostels als screenshots hab und nicht fest gebucht habe. Nun ueberlege ich wie ich meine fluege am besten anpassen kann. Wahrscheinlich werde ich transit machen,72h aufenthalt in beijing, nach kuala lumpur, dann versuchen! Von da aus ein visum zu beantragen....fingers crossed.

Ich stand vor genau dem Problem und dachte mir ich bin nicht die Erstèund werde auch nicht die letzte sein. Gibt schlimmeres. Alle Wege fueren nach Rom...

Das war mein Erlebnis in Lima. Vielleicht sitzt an dem Tag ja eine andere Person am frontoffice? Good luck.

China hat am 1.9.2013 neue visabestimmungen erlassen. Der Trick mit Hongkong klappt nur noch bedingt. Ich hatte mich auch darauf eingestellt und wollte über Hongkong einreisen (September 2013), musste dann aber drei Tage vor der Abreise noch in Hamburg mein Visum besorgen, was relativ nervig war. Klappt's noch??? Klappt's nicht????
Ich bekam die Auskunft, dass deutsche das Visum in ihrem Heimatland besorgen müssen, Hongkong sei nicht mehr möglich.

Falschinformation.
Vor genau 2 Monaten habe ich in Hong Kong problemlos ein Visa für China bekommen. 4 Werktage Bearbeitungszeit. 30 days single entry. Deutscher Pass. Keine Dokumente oder Nachweise erforderlich.

Mag sein, dass sich die Regeln minim ändern. Generell gilt aber: Je näher du an China bist, desto leichter ist es, das Visum zu bekommen. Hongkong klappt traditionell sehr gut. Bangkok ist auch super. Ich bevorzuge Kuala Lumpur, wo ichs schon zwei Mal bekam. Daher: Wenns in Lima nicht klappt, dann einfach an einem anderen Ort wieder versuchen.

Ich kann gutes aus Siem Reap bzw. Phnom Penh berichten. Ich habe es in SR ueber ein Reisebuero beantragt und da sie die ganzen Unterlagen nach PP schicken muessen hat es 5 Arbeitstage gedauert. Falls man in PP ist, geht es bestimmt schneller. Kosten waren umd die 35US$ (ohne Gewaehr) fuer 30d single entry L-visa. Dies war allerdings noch letztes Jahr im Maerz. Also vor den Aenderungen.

Currently we have the following types of visas available

Same day service or 2-4 working days service for 30 days single entry business “M” or “S2” or “L” visas for most nationalities,

(1)   Option One Same day service. ( Issued by PSB in Shenzhen )

For business “M” visa two documents are required including (1) invitation letter with itinerary in full details and (2) company’s BRC (Business Registration Copy) from any China local company or trading units you have business relation with (This invitation letter needs to be checked and conformed by the visa officers so telephone numbers on the invitation letter must be sure accurate and the contact person in charge should be aware of it

Attached please find the sample of invitation letter and its BRC please follow our samples to write your invitation letter with simple itinerary and send it to us to check before you are coming

Or “S2” visa you need to provide any proof of emergency private particulars of matters such as air ticket from China to any other country or provide your Chinese friend’s ID copy or make a simple declaration on your arrival in my office identifying the nature that you are badly in need of going to China to handle or deal with your private affairs

To apply these two visas you need to come to my office with supporting documents before 12:00am (Monday to Friday)

Visa will not be stuck on the passport after the application is approved

You need to pick up your visas with our issued official receipt (Notification) from the fixed border (Luo Hu 罗湖) within 5 days and also you have to enter into China from there soon after they receive the visa (you are not allowed to use this visa entering from other borders)

Price is HK$1,000.00 for German passport

 

(2)   Option Two 2-3 hours service. ( Issued by PSB in Zhuhai )

You can choose to come with our colleague to (Zhuhai border 珠海九州) or go by yourself to pick up your visas with our issued official visa (Notification) there and soon after you receive the visa you have to enter into China from this fixed border (You can’t return and take your entry from other borders)

Price is HK$700.00 for German passport

#To renew your visa on option 1 and option 2 you need to come to my office before 12:00am ( Monday to Friday ) to submit your application with photo and settle your visa fee and make sure that your current visa has finished or longer valid

 

(3) Option Three 2-4 working days service (Issue by Hong Kong Visa Consulate)

Single and double entry “L” or “M” visas can be offered.( duration of stay in China each entry is 30 days )

It needs 4 working days for German passport

Application before 13:00pm and pick up by 16:00am next day (Monday to Thursday)

Price is HK$450.00 for single entry tourist “L” and business “M” visa HK$550.00 for double

Only passport with one photo required

 

(4) Option Four 30 days (from the day of issue) single entry group visa in same day service This group visa is required two or more than two people traveling together. They should enter and exit together from the same border it can not be used for separate entry and departure or to make any visa changes inside main-land China price is HK$650.00 per person 

Time of application should be before 12:00am (Monday to Friday)
